Brammer provide a 'Key Account' management function for larger customers with multi-site operations throughout the UK. Providing customers with their own account management team enables Brammer to provide a dedicated resource focused on adding value to the customer's maintenance operations through delivering improvements in specific areas such as supply-chain efficiency and vendor and inventory reduction.
The Key Account Managers will also ensure that all aspects of a national agreement are being implemented successfully throughout the UK and that service commitments made to the customer are being met:
 
National agreements
The Key Account team can negotiate and agree fixed national pricing agreements that will apply wherever the customer purchases product from Brammer in the UK.
 
Agreed service levels
The Key Account team can also agree specific service levels to be achieved in the performance of the national agreement.
 
Management reports
Dedicated key account managers will provide regular management reports covering all aspects of the national agreement to ensure service level commitments are being met.
 
Consistent local service
Account managers will also ensure that local Field sales and Sales & Service centre staff are fully briefed on the terms of any national agreement and stay in regular touch with key local contacts.
